METRIC Intensive Programmes

Every year, one of the member institutions of the METRIC Network hosts an Intenstive Programme (IP): five full days of workshops and masterclasses on improvisation.

Every institution invites some of its student to the IP, where they will be able to practice and learn with students and teachers from the other institutions.

The programme of the IPs normally features workshops in groups, masterclasses, discussion moments and concerts. For additional material and more information about the past and upcoming IPs, please visit the dedicated pages. 

The next edition is planned to take place from 20 to 25 February 2024 at the Royal Conservatoire in Antwerp, Belgium.
